Welcome to Wellbound Medical (“Wellbound Medical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, telehealth visits, membership plans, and any related content (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our website or purchasing/using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Services.
1. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The content on this website is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Use of this website does not create a provider-patient relationship.
A provider-patient relationship is only established after you complete required intake forms, consent documents, and are accepted into care by a licensed provider.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Reside in a state where Wellbound Medical providers are licensed to provide care (telehealth restrictions apply)
We reserve the right to refuse service if you do not meet eligibility requirements or if Services are not clinically appropriate.
3. TELEHEALTH SERVICES
Wellbound Medical may provide medical services through telehealth, including video, phone, messaging, and digital communication.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care
Technology failures may occur
You are responsible for providing accurate information and participating in follow-up care
You may be required to sign a separate Telehealth Consent Form before receiving telehealth care.
4. MEDICAL SERVICES AND NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Our programs may include medical evaluation, medication management, wellness counseling, metabolic optimization, nutrition support, and lifestyle recommendations.
Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss results or improvement of any condition.
5. PRESCRIPTIONS AND MEDICATIONS
If clinically appropriate, our providers may prescribe medications. Prescriptions may be sent to a third-party pharmacy, including compounding pharmacies, depending on your treatment plan and availability.
You understand and agree that:
Medication prescribing is based on medical judgment and safety
Not all patients will qualify for medication
Prescription decisions are made solely by the licensed provider
Medication availability, cost, and fulfillment timelines are determined by the pharmacy
If you choose to use compounded medications, you acknowledge compounded medications may not be FDA-approved and may carry different risks than commercially manufactured medications.
6. LABORATORY TESTING
Certain Services may require laboratory testing. Lab testing may be recommended or required for safe prescribing and monitoring.
You are responsible for completing required labs in a timely manner. If labs are not completed, Wellbound Medical may pause or discontinue medication management for safety reasons.
7. MEMBERSHIPS, PROGRAM FEES, AND BILLING
Wellbound Medical may offer memberships, subscriptions, or monthly support programs.
By enrolling, you agree that:
You authorize recurring billing if applicable
Fees may be charged monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout
Membership fees may cover provider access, education, and care coordination services
Medication and lab costs may be billed separately unless explicitly included
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively.
8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Memberships / Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Consultations and Medical Visits
If you schedule a consultation or medical visit, you may be charged a fee for late cancellation or missed appointments.
Medication Costs
Medication purchases are generally non-refundable once an order has been placed with a pharmacy.
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Wellbound Medical unless required by law.
9. NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel within the restricted timeframe, you may be charged a no-show or late cancellation fee.
We may also restrict scheduling access for repeated missed appointments.
10. COMMUNICATIONS (TEXT, EMAIL, PHONE)
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you regarding:
appointment reminders
scheduling
program updates
care coordination
billing questions
Standard text messaging and email may not be fully secure. You may request alternate communication methods in writing.
11. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete medical history
Update Wellbound Medical if your health status changes
Follow medical recommendations and complete follow-up testing when required
Seek emergency care when appropriate
Avoid using Services for urgent or emergency conditions
Failure to provide accurate information may result in discontinuation of care.
12. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Disrupt or interfere with website functionality
Submit false information
Harass or threaten staff, providers, or other users
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, downloadable materials, and program content, is the property of Wellbound Medical and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Payment processors, telehealth vendors, labs, and pharmacies may have separate policies and terms.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellbound Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.
Medical care involves risk. You assume responsibility for decisions made based on Services provided.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellbound Medical, its owners, providers, contractors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
17. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict Services at any time if:
Services are no longer clinically appropriate
You fail to follow treatment recommendations
You provide false or misleading information
You violate these Terms
Payment is not received
Termination does not remove your responsibility to pay outstanding balances.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Wellbound Medical is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the website or Services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
